
Kevin Jeziorowski began his work as Chief of Redford Police in November 2022. The promotion comes after 22 years with the Police Department.
Redford is Kevin's hometown, and he says he came here to work in the community where he has his roots. Before joining Redford's police department, he worked for the Wayne State Police Department.
Among his professional accomplishments and experiences, his favorite experience was serving in the K-9 Unit with his partner "Czar", for more than nine years. Kevin graduated from Eastern Michigan University's School of Staff and Command and is an Executive Board Member for the Wayne County Association of Chiefs of Police.
Kevin says he's humbled to be able to lead and serve the fine men and women of RTPD in his role as Chief. In the future, he aims to build up the department's ranks while continuing to develop and enhance the skills of the talented men and women at RTPD, who serve the Township with pride and professionalism.
