This Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to assist the Charter Township of Redford to identify a purchaser/developer to redevelop the Property located at 26029 Five Mile Road, Redford Township, Wayne County, Michigan. The developer we seek should have demonstrated expertise in the development field; typically derived from similar re-purpose projects.
The property at 26029 Five Mile Road is described as a commercially zoned 3,964-square-foot building located on the south side of Five Mile Road between Inkster Road and Beech Daly Road in the Downtown Development District of Redford Township. Single-family residential units abut the south property line.

The Selection Process:
The selection of a developer will involve a three-step process and Redford Township shall maintain the right to select a single developer and reject all other proposals.
