Are you interested in decreasing your stress level? We have the class for you. Let our instructor Aramis Perry teach you how to improve your mind and body thru a basic 12 step posture form. You will learn 5 warm up Tai Chi exercises, and than move on to the 12 step posture form. This class will also incorporate Qigong breathing techniques geared to relax your whole body! Mr. Perry has been training in Wu Style for six years
