Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles. Join our instructor, Charlene Vukonich for this class. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to class.

Class dates for winter and spring are as follows:
Ages 55+
- Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Redford Community Center.
- Winter session #1: Jan. 9 - Mar. 27 (no class Jan. 16 or Feb. 20)
- Spring session #1: Apr. 3 - June 12 (no class May 29)
