Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles. Join our instructor, Charlene Vukonich for this class. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to class.

Class dates for spring and summer are as follows:
Ages 55+
- Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Redford Community Center.
- Spring session: Apr. 3 - June 12 (no class May 29)
- Summer session: June 19 - September 18 (no class 7/3, 8/21, 8/28, 9/4)
