Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to state Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended, the Planning Commission of Redford Township will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Redford Township Hall Board Room, 15145 Beech Daly Road, Redford, Michigan, 48239. The public hearing is intended to provide an opportunity for interested citizens to express their opinions regarding all aspects of a proposed update to the Redford Township Master Plan. The Master Plan serves as a guide for the physical development of the Township, by setting forth goals and policies and providing a comprehensive view of the preferred future.
A complete copy of the proposed Master Plan is available for public inspection at the Township Clerk’s Office located at Township Hall during regular business hours and on the Redford Township website at www.redfordtwp.com.
Those unable to attend the public hearing are invited to submit written comments to the attention of the Township Clerk at the Township Hall address noted above or by e-mail to clerk@redfordtwp.com. All written comments must be received by no later than 4:00 p.m., on January 4, 2024.
The Charter Township of Redford, Township (P.C., ZBA, Board of Trustees, etc) will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing, upon seven (7) days notice to the (PC, ZBA, Board of Trustees, etc.).
