Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles. Join our instructor, Charlene Vukonich for this class. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to class.

Class dates for winter and spring are as follows:
Ages 55+
- Mondays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Redford Community Center.
- Fall: September 11 - November 13
- Fall Mini Series: November 27 - December 18 (4 weeks for $20)
- Winter: January 22 - April 1 (no class 2/19)
