Wayne Health Mobile Unit, in partnership with Kingdom Presence, is hosting free health screenings for the following:

• Blood pressure screening
• General health screening: diabetes, cholesterol, kidney function screening
• COVID-19 vaccinations (5+ years old); Manufacturer and boosters subject to availability
• COVID-19 PCR testing (3+ years old); for symptomatic individuals. We do not offer routine screenings.
• Influenza vaccinations. We are billing insurance for flu shots; self-pay fee of $73.00 if an individual does not have insurance
• No appointment needed
• ID not required; We do collect if one is available.
• Insurance not required; We do collect if available, but you will not receive a co-pay for this event.
• HIV testing (13+ years old, results within 20 minutes)
• Linkage to care and community resources

The mobile unit will be available at Kingdom Presence from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on four days in Spring 2023: January 18; February 15; March 1; March 29.
