When you become enrolled, you remain enrolled and can receive your care at any VA location without having to enroll again.  Learn more.

Wayne County VA

Wayne County Veteran Affairs

Wayne County Veteran Affairs now offers services on Wednesday, by appointment only, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm in the Kay Beard Building, 30712 Michigan Avenue, Westland, Michigan 48186 including applications for emergency services through the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Fund, burial benefits, disability and pension claims and status checks.  Veteran's Picture IDs can also be provided at this location however, veterans will need to bring a copy of their DD 214's with them.  If they do not have a copy of their DD 214's they can apply for a copy there and come back for the picture ID once they receive it in the mail.

To make your appointment on a Wednesday, Veterans can call Mrs. Dunbar at 313-224-8162 to make an appointment on Monday or Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday.
