Emergency Rehabilitation

Qualified low and moderate income homeowner may receive loans or grants to make limited repairs of hazardous housing conditions that may jeopardize the health or safety of a homeowner, e.g. fuse panel for electrical services, furnace, water break, roof leak or sewer back up. The housing rehabilitation department will evaluate your emergency for qualification.
